With more than 15 years of hands-on experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) across the country, he has built deep expertise in systems engineering, IT administration, and technical consulting. Michael’s skill set spans a wide range of technologies, with particular specialization in Windows operating systems and VoIP solutions. Known for his exceptional troubleshooting abilities, he is often the go-to problem solver for even the most complex technical challenges.

Technology has always been at the center of Michael’s life. Long before it became his career, he was building and experimenting with computers—constructing his first system at the age of nine. This lifelong passion eventually led him into a professional IT career, where he has consistently blended technical mastery with a dedication to helping people. After serving in the U.S. Army following high school, Michael transitioned into a career supporting organizations of all sizes with reliable, efficient, and forward-looking IT solutions.
